All Services will be billed to approved customers only.
All damage must be marked on B/L when shipment is received.
Any claims for shortages or damages must be filed within fifteen (15) days or the carrier will not be liable.
Maximum liability for undeclared values is $2.00 (two dollars) per pound to a maximum of $3,000.00.
Shipments declared more than $2.00 per lb. will be charged $.60 per each $100 of part of.
Shipments with a declared value over $3,000.00 must be approved by carrier.
