Fuel Surcharge & Pricing:

Q: When is the LMFF fuel surcharge updated? A: Our fuel surcharge is reviewed and updated on a monthly basis in accordance with the Teamsters Memorandum of Agreement (Vince Ready Agreement). We publish current rates on our Fuel Surcharge Page at the start of each month to ensure total pricing transparency for our clients.

Service Areas & Coverage:

Q: What areas do you service in British Columbia? A: Our standard daily delivery coverage spans the entire Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, from West Vancouver to Chilliwack. For deliveries beyond this region—including Vancouver Island, the Interior, or the Sunshine Coast—services are available by quotation only.

Delivery Service Tiers:

Q: What types of delivery services does LMFF provide? A: We offer three primary tiers of local service to match your business's urgency:

  • Regular: Our most cost-effective standard delivery

  • Rush: Priority handling for time-sensitive cargo.

  • Special: Fully customized solutions for high-priority shipments.

  • Hot Shot/Direct: For deliveries outside our standard service area, we provide case-by-case quotes for direct, non-stop transit.

Scheduling & After-Hours Support:

Q: Does LMFF offer after-hours or weekend services? A: Yes. We understand that business doesn't always stop at 5:00 PM. After-hours deliveries can be arranged based on driver availability. Please contact our Coquitlam dispatch team in advance to confirm scheduling and any applicable after-hours surcharges.

How to Order & Request Quotes:

Q: I couldn’t get through on the phone line. Are there alternative ways to place an order? A: Absolutely. While our dispatchers are hard at work, you can avoid wait times by using our online customer portal or by emailing us directly at dispatch@fastfreightinc.com.

Q: How can I request a formal quote? A: You can obtain a quote by calling 604-420-4300 or emailing dispatch@fastfreightinc.com. To provide the most accurate rate, please include:

  1. Pickup and delivery addresses.

  2. Item dimensions and total weight.

  3. Your required delivery window.

Payment & Billing:

Q: What methods of payment do you accept? A: To make the billing process as seamless as possible, we accept:

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) & Cheque.

  • Cash.

  • Credit Cards: Visa and Mastercard (please note a 2.5% processing fee applies to all credit transactions).
