Q: When is the LMFF fuel surcharge updated?
A: The fuel surcharge is reviewed and updated on a monthly basis, in accordance with our Teamsters Memorandum of Agreement. Current rates are published on our website at the start of each month.

Q: What areas do you service?
A: Our standard delivery coverage spans from West Vancouver to Chilliwack. Services beyond this area—including Vancouver Island and other extended regions—are available by quotation only.

A: We offer three tiers of local delivery service:
Deliveries outside our regular service area are classified as hot shot or direct service and are quoted on a case-by-case basis
After-Hours Availability
Q: Does LMFF offer after-hours services?
A: Yes. After-hours deliveries may be arranged based on availability. To inquire about after-hours service, please contact our dispatch team in advance to confirm driver scheduling and applicable surcharges.
Placing Orders
Q: I couldn’t get through on the phone line. Are there alternative ways to place an order?
A: Yes. In addition to phone support, you may place orders through our online portal or by emailing us directly at dispatch@fastfreightinc.com.
