Minimum Billing: Our monthly minimum billing amount is $22.00.
Credit Accounts: Invoicing services are reserved for approved customers only.
Declared Value & Coverage: * The maximum liability for shipments with undeclared values is $2.00 per pound, up to a maximum of $3,000.00.
For shipments valued above $2.00 per lb., a fee of **$0.60 per $100** (or portion thereof) will apply.
Pre-Approval Required: Any shipment with a declared value exceeding $3,000.00 must be approved by Fast Freight Logistics prior to transport.
2. Claims Process: Damage and Shortages:
We take immense pride in our "precision handling" reputation. However, in the event of an issue, we require the following protocol to be followed to ensure a swift resolution:
Immediate Notification: All visible damage must be clearly marked on the Bill of Lading (B/L) at the time the shipment is received.
Filing Deadline: All claims for shortages or damages must be submitted within fifteen (15) days. Failure to report within this window releases the carrier from liability.
To process a claim, please provide the following evidence:
Original Documentation: A copy of the initial receipt or Bill of Lading.
Proof of Value: Invoices, purchase orders, or other documents verifying the worth of the goods.
Visual Evidence: A thorough written explanation accompanied by high-resolution photographs of the damage and packaging.
